What is Seasons of Life?

Seasons of Life is a group coaching program that mirrors the natural rhythm of life.

We cycle through various stages all the time, needing different things: sometimes rest and calm, sometimes clarity, action, and drive - just like nature moves from winter stillness to summer dynamics.

This program is a journey: inward, outward, and forward.

We begin in Winter, with reflection, and move through Spring (clarity), Summer (purpose + action), and Autumn (integration + release).

You’ll move through deep self-discovery and emerge with:

  • A deeper understanding of your identity, values, and dreams

  • Confidence to take small, aligned actions

  • A grounded sense of purpose (your own, not society’s)

  • A vision for your life that feels inspiring and possible

  • A clear, aligned action plan - and maybe a couple of beautiful new habits

  • A community of women who walked it with you

  • And a toolkit of practices that you can use again and again, season after season
