W H Y I B U I L T T H I S

I know this in-between place. I've lived in it.

When my son was born, the world shut down. The pandemic cancelled events, evaporated my income and left me with a sense of deep uncertainty. A project I’ve been pouring myself into for the last four years collapsed overnight. And instead of sitting with the grief and the uncertainty, I rushed into something new,  because the void was terrifying, and doing felt safer than being. 

Within a year, I was burnt out, running on fumes, performing a version of success that looked right but didn’t feel right…

The burnout was terrifying. But deep inside, it felt like…relief.

That relief told me everything. I'd been waiting for permission to stop. For something outside me to make the choice I couldn't make myself. 

And I realised: this is what happens when you don't have the support or the structure to sit in the in-between intentionally. You wait until life forces your hand, and the cost of that waiting is enormous.

What followed wasn't a quick fix. It was learning: the hard way, and then the real way- to look within and regulate my nervous system so I could feel what was true instead of just reacting. 

To get honest about who I'd become and what actually mattered. 

And then to take small, uncomfortable steps toward a life that matched that honesty.

Just one small brave move, then another, then another- until the clarity I'd been chasing built itself through action.

That process became the foundation for everything I do now. 

Because I lived it.

Regulation

The gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it is a nervous system problem. We work with somatic and mindfulness practices, breathwork, and grounding to regulate your body, expand your capacity, and build the presence that makes everything else land.

Design

With protected energy, deep self-knowledge, and a regulated nervous system - now you move. Using Designing Your Life tools, you'll prototype, test, and take real steps toward your next chapter. Each small action builds the confidence for the next.

This work is not about fixing you.

You have been sold the idea that something is always wrong with you. That you need to work on yourself endlessly, optimise yourself, hack your habits, heal your wounds, and become a better version of who you are. That there is always another thing to fix before you can finally feel okay.

I don't believe that. And this is not that kind of work.

Foundations of Self begins with acceptance - radical, honest acceptance of who you already are. Not the curated version. Not the fixed version. You, right now, as you are. With your contradictions, your doubts, your messy, beautiful, unfinished humanness.

From that place of self-compassion - not self-improvement - we get curious. We explore what's true for you, what lights you up, what drains you, what you've been carrying that was never yours.

And we build forward. Not because you're broken. But because you're ready.

How we'll work together

Eight biweekly sessions across four months, with deep support in between. Whether you're starting from scratch or arriving with awareness you've already built, this journey meets you where you are and takes you further than you can go alone.
Information below is just an example of a possible flow, in reality it’s adjusted for your needs and goals.

Month 1

Landing in yourself

We begin with your body and your nervous system. You'll learn what regulation actually feels like as a lived experience. We map your stress patterns, expand your capacity to hold intensity, and build the grounding that makes everything else possible.

Month 2

Exploring your energy

With a calmer foundation, we look at where your energy actually goes and where it leaks. You'll build a personal energy map and begin making real changes: protecting what fuels you, releasing what drains you, and noticing the difference. With my support, you’ll start making conscious life design choices and changes.

Month 3

Reconnecting with aliveness

This is where you meet yourself again. Through strengths exploration, values clarification, and deep self-inquiry, you'll get clear on who you've actually become and what genuinely matters. This isn't comfortable work. It means letting go of who you thought you should be. But it's where real self-trust begins.

Month 4

Designing what's next

Now you move. With me as your thinking partner, you'll prototype possibilities, run small experiments, and take real steps toward your next chapter. Not a grand plan, but small, brave actions that build momentum, evidence, and confidence.

This is where the inner work becomes visible change.

Hi, I'm Tania.

I'm a certified life design and leadership coach, and the founder of Urban Temple. I work with women who've built impressive lives, and are ready for a deeper foundation beneath them.

My approach starts with the body: regulation, presence, grounding - because nothing else sticks without it.

From there, I help you get radically honest about who you are, what you want, and what needs to change. And then I walk with you through the doing - the small, brave steps that actually build a different life.

Think of me as your thinking partner, your accountability partner, and the person who sees what you can't see yet.

I've lived through my own seasons of reinvention - across countries, careers, motherhood, and burnout. SO This work isn't theoretical for me. It's personal.
