I'm Tania — an ICF-accredited coach, positive psychology practitioner, and burnout awareness educator based in Portugal. I've lived this exact kind of tired: the kind that looks like a full, successful life from the outside and feels like running on fumes from the inside. I've been through two severe burnouts myself — an experience that helped me understand myself far better, and eventually led me to study burnout deeply and start raising awareness about it.

I rebuilt my own energy and my life around what actually sustains me, and I've spent the years since helping other women do the same — grounded in research on burnout and wellbeing, and supported by coaching and mindfulness tools.
