About me
I am an ICF-certified coach, Designing Your Life (DYL) facilitator, and Certified Happiness Trainer with expertise in life design, positive psychology, and workplace well-being.
My work focuses on two areas:
1:1 coaching for individuals who want to discover who they truly are, build resilience, and navigate any change with confidence - so they can take bold, purposeful steps toward a fulfilling life.
Workplace well-being for leaders and small teams, creating healthier, more sustainable ways of working that support both performance and people.

Unlike therapy, coaching does not focus on healing past wounds - instead, it’s about building the future you want.
And unlike consulting, I don’t tell you what to do. Instead, I ask powerful questions, offer frameworks, and guide you so that you discover your own best answers.
Coaching is about partnership (I am your partner and a cheerleader), growth, and sustainable transformation. -

My coaching is ethical and tailored: I blend different modalities depending on your needs, from Designing Your Life tools to mindfulness practices to leadership development frameworks. This means that together we will craft a personalized approach that supports you as a whole person, not just a single area of your life or work.

We begin with a contracting session, where we define your goals and the results you want to achieve.
Together, we create a roadmap to get there. Coaching “contracts” usually last 8–16 sessions over 2–4 months, but the structure is flexible and always adjusted to your needs.
This way, we work at a pace that supports your transformation while keeping your goals in focus.

Absolutely. I always offer a free discovery session. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, for you to ask all your questions, and to experience what coaching feels like in practice. It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident before starting the journey.

For real, lasting change, coaching works best as a series of sessions - because growth takes time and consistency. Our brain needs some time to adjust to change.
However, you are welcome to book a single session to get clarity on a pressing question or to refresh and reset after completing a longer coaching program. Some clients use single sessions for “check-ins” once they’ve already worked with me.

It requires enough mental energy and personal resources to take actionable steps — because change happens when you not only reflect, but also implement. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and it’s not recommended if you’re currently suffering from depression or significant mental health challenges. Coaching can sometimes feel challenging and uncomfortable, but that’s often part of growth — and it’s also the path to lasting, sustainable change.
